Ruth Ennis Gordon has 20+ years experience in the fitness industry and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. She is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and also the American Council on Exercise. Ruth also has her certification as a Certified Exercise Specialist from A.C.E. and has been doing post-rehab training for many years with specialty training in Spinal Stabilization Training and Reactive Neuromuscular Training. In addition, she is a certified Pilates trainer and teaches Mat and Reformer classes as well. Through her years experience in the fitness industry, Ruth has worked as a Fitness Director and Group Exercise coordinator for various facilities and loves teaching others about the body and its movement. She has presented at many facilities and organizations such as the Prince William County Office for Women, Potomac Hospital, and several support groups and is always eager to share her experience with those who have the desire to live a healthier lifestyle |
