Please note, if you are new to Pilates Equipment work we request that you start with 2-3 Private Training sessions to familiarize you with the equipment and Pilates foundations prior to joining a small group session.

How much does it cost?

You might have noticed that we do not post blanket package costs for personal training on our website. This is done with the intention of providing you with the most personalized experience that we offer. Not all bodies are the same. Not all fitness goals can be achieved in the same fashion. Therefore why would we ask you to commit to a blanket training program? We assess you as an individual and then design a specific program to meet your individual needs.

For small group training we have a number of different options to choose from, including drop-ins, packages, and memberships. More details on these can be found below so you can choose the option that best fits your training needs.

We offer a complimentary 55-minute private consultation session with a certified trainer. Together you will discuss goals, fitness and health history, and obstacles to success. We will provide you with a tour of our elite studio. At that time, we can discuss purchase options, scheduling and answer any questions you might have. We believe your program should be designed to meet YOUR needs!

How do I purchase and schedule my sessions?

We highly recommend that all of our clients become familiar with our automated online booking system so you, the client, can be in complete control of your schedule and account and be ready to register for sessions once you decide you are ready for group. Someone is usually available during group training/class hours to answer any questions you may have.

You will be asked to create a Mindbody account. During the account set-up, you will have the option of saving a credit card to keep on file, to be used for purchases. Our automated online booking system can be found on our homepage under Book Online. Once you have created an account, you can view the group schedules and purchase sessions. Private and semi-private training sessions must be purchased and scheduled directly through your trainer or our front desk staff.

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

Sorry, but all purchases are final and are not transferable. Some of our packages require signing a contract for auto-payments, which gets you classes at a discounted rate.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour cancellation for all private & semi-private training and group sessions.

Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice or No-Shows will be charged for the session. 

The close window for signing up on-line for any group session is 4 hours before the start of the session.

When are you open?

Private sessions and group training begin as early as 6 am and run throughout the day until 9pm M-F and Saturdays. Some Privates can be scheduled Sunday, when and if there is a trainer available.

Private sessions are scheduled directly through your individual trainer, allowing the greatest amount of flexibility available.

We operate by appointment only and do not have full-time front desk staff. To best ensure there is someone available to assist you please call ahead or schedule an appointment with a member of our team.

How long do I have to use my sessions?

For Private, Semi-Private, and Small Group training packages this depends on the package purchased. The larger the training package, the longer you have to use the sessions. The expiration date for your specific package will be noted on your receipt. 

Membership sessions do not roll over. These sessions are good for 4 weeks from the payment date.  

 

What should I bring/wear to train?

  • Come with a positive attitude and ready to sweat, move, and burn! OR sweat, move and feel rejuvenated!!
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Form fitted clothing is helpful to our trainers so that they may see alignment.
  • Grip socks are recommended for Pilates and available for purchase at the studio
  • Shoes are recommended for the Functional side, but we ask that you bring shoes to wear that are not used outdoors whenever possible.
  • Bring water, however; there is water for purchase.
  • Please limit jewelry. As a courtesy to others please refrain from wearing strong perfume, lotions or oils, and silence your cell phones.
  • Storage cubbies are available for your personal items (however CORE is not responsible for these items).
  • Towels and Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

What if I’m completely new to Pilates, Functional Training and/or Yoga?

Been a long time since you worked out? If you have had limited to no experience with these types of training then we suggest you schedule a private session (or several private sessions) with one of CORE’s certified trainers.

CORE Trainers will introduce (or reintroduce as the case may be) you to basic exercises, equipment usage and may conduct a variety of fitness assessments. Your comfort, safety and health are our primary concern. Once you become more familiar with the movement and basic terminology, we can assist you in joining a small group. 

For Pilates Equipment group sessions, we require that you have prior experience or schedule private sessions first. Your readiness for a group can be determined in the complimentary consult.

Once a quarter, we schedule a 6-Week Beginner Pilates Reformer series. This can take the place of private sessions to get you ready for Pilates group.

Why Small Group Training?

Small-Group Training:

If training alone isn’t for you, CORE offers Pilates, Functional, and Yoga Small Groups.

Functional Group & Bootcamp sizes range from 6-8 participants. Pilates & Yoga group size is limited to 6 participants. This ensures that trainers can offer modifications, progression techniques, and individualized attention to all participants.

Group training offers structured workouts that will challenge beginners through advanced clients and is perfect for those who enjoy the benefits of comradery and social support.  Drop-Ins and online sign-up (up to 4 hours prior to group start) are available.  However, we do require a 2-person minimum for groups to be held, so we suggest you register online in advance. We offer a number of different options for purchasing small group training sessions depending on your budget, scheduling needs, and time commitment.

Drop-In:  $32.00

Packages:

  • 6 Sessions – $174.00 (8 week expiration)
  • 12 Sessions – $312.00 (15 week expiration)
  • 18 Sessions – $432.00 (22 week expiration)

Monthly Small Group Memberships

Our memberships are the most cost-effective option if you are able to commit to coming 1-4 times per week. Memberships are designed to promote consistency in your training. Consistency is the key to seeing results.

Memberships can be used towards ANY type of Small Group Training [Functional, Bootcamp, Pilates, and/or Yoga]. You can also mix & match the types of Small Group training you do.

All memberships are billed automatically once every 4 weeks. Sessions do not roll over.

Minimum 2 month commitment. Cancellations must be done in writing 30 days prior to:  coreptpilates@gmail.com

Challengers: 

Challenging yourself to be a stronger you by training at least 4x per month [$88.00]

Obtainers:

Setting and obtaining your goals, committed to, 8x per month [$168.00]

Reformers:

Body and Health is reforming at 12x per month [$240.00]

Elites:

You are MASTERING your health and wellness, attending 16x per month [$304.00]
