Private Functional Training

From goal setting to achievement, your CORE Personal Trainer is with you every step of the way, providing education, motivation, accountability, and support. Working one-on-one with a CORE Personal Trainers is a safe, fun, and effective way to begin or transform your fitness journey.

Trainer availability is flexible to meet your busy schedule. Whether your goals are weight loss-based, sports-driven, or simply to improve stability and balance, personal training can provide you with the education and fitness experience necessary to meet your goals.

Personalized instruction such as demonstrating correct form and technique, proper use of gym equipment, and safe progression plans not only reduce the risk of injury but can advance goal achievement faster, safer with longer lasting results. Small Group Functional Training

Small group is often the best choice for individuals wishing to reserve specific days and times each week. Join a group of no more than 8 participants in a calorie-scorching functional training group! 

We are currently hosting training groups both in studio as well as online through Zoom.  Our hybrid class option allows for participants to choose to train in studio or in the comfort of their home.

Participants power through a wide variety of movements that are guaranteed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and power. Functional groups offer circuit training routines with the added benefit of personalized instruction. Group sizes are kept small so that participants may receive modifications as needed. Guaranteed to burn fat each session and provide you with the strength, endurance, and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life.

There is simply no more affordable and fun way to receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance while reaching your fitness goals.

Group sessions range from $32 per session down to $19 per session depending on your level of commitment and sessions attending per week.

A fun, motivating, and challenging group that gives you all the intensity you need to burn fat, build muscle, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. If you are tired of the boring cardio equipment and the same old weight lifting routine, this is the class for you! Our classes are taught indoors and/or outdoors (depending on the weather), to give you lots of variety and to allow for safe social distancing. Even the beginner exerciser can participate – our instructors will modify where needed and empower you to realize your potential.

Open registration up to 4 hours prior to group start. Two-person minimum registration or group MAY be canceled.
