Yoga

CORE’s Chair and Fundamental Yoga classes seamlessly bring together the core elements of yoga—breath, movement, and mindfulness. Focus is put on proper alignment within foundational postures and development of breath techniques. Students will learn: poses to relieve muscle tension; and increase flexibility in the hips, shoulders and back; strengthening poses to give the spine and neck adequate support; ways to improve posture and alignment; and relaxation techniques to help reduce mental stress. Let us help you achieve a deeper reflection in asana and refine your relationship to your body. Maximum enrollment: 10

Functional Classes

Bootcamp Classes

A fun, motivating, and challenging class that gives you all the intensity you need to burn fat, build muscle, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. If you are tired of the boring cardio equipment and the same old weight lifting routine, this is the class for you! Our classes are taught indoors and/or outdoors (depending on the weather), to give you lots of variety. Even the beginner exerciser can participate – our instructors will modify where needed and empower you to realize your potential. Maximum enrollment: 14

    • 8 session class pass for only $108.00 class passes have a 12 week expiration.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED, Open registration up to four hours prior to class start. Two-person minimum registration or class MAY be canceled.

These classes are suitable for all clients. Instructors will modify where needed and empower you to realize your potential. As always, it is best to check with your physician prior to beginning any exercise routine.
