Training golf club members

Ruth Gordon of C.O.R.E. Personal Training & Pilates developed and administered an off-season golf conditioning and fitness program for our golf club. The participants wildly praised the program. Ruth was able to evaluate the various conditioning levels of the participants and organize the sessions so that each individual received maximum benefits from the program. In their program evaluations, the participants praised Ruth for her preparation, knowledge and skill. She was particularly recognized for integrating specific golf drills with an overall fitness regimen.
