Our workouts utilize many types of functional training equipment such as stability balls, resistance tubing, medicine balls, slides, BOSU, Core boards; as well as utilizing many body weight exercises. In addition to the portable equipment, we offer FreeMotion Dual Cable Cross machines that offer multiple training options, as well as some traditional pieces and free weights. Many of our clients choose to purchase equipment to use when they are not in the studio and we can help you make your selection during our personalized consultation.
