Is Group Training for you?  If you enjoy a group environment and are looking to meet some new friends to share a variety of fun and effective workouts, our small group training programs are the right fit for you. Don’t have a group? We’ll match you up with a group of 3-5 others.

 

Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging Group Fitness with Personal Training. Small Group Training offers sessions that focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development. There is simply no more affordable and fun way to receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance while reaching your fitness goals!

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:
 
Please Remember: For Functional group training and Pilates Equipment group, when purchasing a 6, 12, or 24 session package, you are committing to a minimum of one group session per week and you are also committing to stay in any selected group for a minimum of 6 sessions. We also ask that you inform your trainer asap (one to two weeks preferred) if you will not be continuing with your selected group so that the trainer is aware that she will no longer have to reserve your spot.
Once you have chosen your preferred group(s), there is no refund for missed group sessions, however we make every effort to help you make up your session with a substitute system and makeup classes. Ask your trainer for details or refer to “Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy” on the BOOK NOW tab.
