Bootcamp Classes

A fun, motivating, and challenging class that gives you all the intensity you need to burn fat, build muscle and increase your cardiovascular endurance.  If you are tired of the boring cardio equipment and the same old weight lifting routine, this is the class for you!  Our classes are taught indoors and/or outdoors (depending on the weather), to give you lots of variety.  Even the beginner exerciser can participate – our instructors will modify where needed and empower you to realize your potential.

Bootcamp Class Schedule:

Saturdays at 9 am.

Drop in to one of our Bootcamp classes for only $16.00 or purchase an 8 session punch card for only $88.00 (punch cards have a 10 week expiration just in case you need  to miss a week or two). REGISTRATION is REQUIRED and you may register up to an hour before the start of class. If the 2 person minimum registration is not met, class MAY be cancelled.

NEW!! TRX/Core classes – use this incredible bodyweight suspension apparatus to get a full body workout and work your core at the same time! All levels are encouraged to attend as the workout is easily modified to accommodate even the most beginner exerciser. Classes offered on M/W at 12:15 (45 min. class).

Mind/Body Classes

Looking for a strong core, flat stomach, improved posture and more flexibility?  Our Pilates Mat classes offer all that and more! The Pilates system of exercises were designed to help you achieve optimum posture and to increase your lung capacity so that the stresses of the neck and low back can be reduced.  We cater to ALL levels in our classes, so whether you are a beginner and just starting on your Pilates journey, or a more advanced student that likes to mix it up, we can challenge you.

Mind/Body Class Schedule:

Barre/Pilates Mat Fusion classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 – 1 pm. Barre incorporates standing hip, leg and glute exercises as well as light arm work in a challenging and fun format, and Pilates Mat portion is great for developing a strong core.  We also offer a Fundamental Yoga class on Mondays at 7 pm.
