Cancellation Policy
At C.O.R.E. Personal Training & Pilates our primary goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service. In order to accomplish this goal, our company works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the private and individualized time required for your personal training session. Because of this schedule we must follow a very strict cancellation policy in which clients must provide trainers with the proper notification when a session needs to be cancelled. This means the cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to the session to be fully credited for that session. If you cancel within the 24 hour period, you will be charged up to the full session rate, but no less than 50% of the session rate.

Medical Freezes
All Personal training & Pilates packages can be frozen with proper authorization from your Physician. Sessions can be placed on hold for a period of 60 days. After the initial 60 days, further documentation will be needed for the continuation of the hold. C.O.R.E. understands everyone has different situations and we at C.O.R.E. are more than willing to look at each situation on a case by case basis.

Refund Policy
Personal training & Pilates packages will be fully refunded if all sessions are canceled within 3 business days of purchase (minus the cost of any sessions already used). A 10% Administration fee will be assessed for this process.
