If you are ready to get started....

The first step to becoming a client is to download and fill out the Lifestyle/Goals Questionnaire and Health History Form and email them to: rgordon@coreptpilates.com. After reviewing your forms, one our trainers will contact you to schedule a consultation so that your needs can be determined and we can choose the best training options for you. After this initial consultation, we will schedule you for your next appointment consisting of a fitness evaluation. During your evaluation, we will also provide you with nutritional education and complete your appointment with a training plan designed for your success at achieving your goals.

If your interest is primarily in our classes, please come into the studio when ready to begin a class and we will have a different form for you to fill out.
