At C.O.R.E. Personal Training and Pilates, we believe in teaching you to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. This educational process will be thorough and complete to ensure your success in reaching your goals. The first step is to download and fill out the Lifestyle/Goals Questionnaire and Health History Form and email them to: Coreptpilates@yahoo.com. After reviewing your forms, Ruth will contact you for your complimentary consultation so that your needs can be determined and we can choose the best training options for you. After this initial consultation, we will schedule you for your next appointment consisting of a fitness assessment and an equipment consultation. Our equipment consultation consists of assessing your needs for home training and visiting a fitness equipment store with you to select the best equipment possible if needed. The fitness evaluation will consist of a cardiovascular, strength and flexibility assessment as well as a body composition assessment, blood pressure screening, and training heart rate calculation. During your evaluation, we will also provide you with nutritional education and complete your appointment with a training plan designed for your success at achieving your goals. |
